Having studied patisserie and chocolaterie in France, I focused on becoming a Pastry Chef as I felt that cakes make people happy. 13 years on, in collaboration with Brigit’s Bakery, we’ve created Bake Club - an app & partnership with food.social to share my passion, knowledge and love of baking, so others can enjoy making delicious, good-looking desserts, from classic celebration cakes to exquisite entremets.

Fraisiers are a bit like an upmarket Victoria Sponge. British strawberries with classic French cooking techniques. It takes some time to create, but after one bite of the light genoise sponge, decadent mousseline cream and fruity strawberries, you’ll realise it’s worth the effort.
