Description

Learn how to make this dim sum staple with Chef Laurence in this interactive fun class.  It’s a dumpling you won’t be able to get enough of, and now, you can make it in your very own home!

Ingredients

Please don't forgot to bring ingredients before the class.

250g Pork Shoulder
100g raw prawns
1 pack Shumai wrappers - round wonton wrappers
1/2 TBSP Light Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Shaoxing Wine
1 Tsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 Tsp white pepper (black pepper substitute)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 TBSP Cornstarch
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Frozen Peas (optional)
Steamer basket or steamer rack
Chef knife/Cleaver
