Join chef Andrea Zagatti to learn how to prepare a dinner that will impress the most demanding guests.

He’s cooked for the most influential VIPs around the world, from footballers to actors and royal families, and now he will be happy to guide you through two superb dishes on zoom.

200g Dry Pasta of your choice (Suggestions: Paccheri, Fusilli - Suggested brands: Benedetto Cavalieri, Mancini, Gentile)

2x Garlic Cloves
1x Whole Tinned Tomatoes
1x Courgette
20g Pinenuts
1x Red Chili
25g Parmesan
25g Pecorino (Romano or Sardo ideally)
Salt Flakes
Black Pepper
Souffle:
2x Bananas
6x Eggs
150g Caster Sugar
1 Stick Butter
20g Cornflour
1x Lemon
