Description

Our new appointment has already been given. On Thursday the food.social party will meet for appetizers and Ouzo in a courtyard that resembles an island, somewhere in Piraeus, with the view of the sea, for an amazing Ouzo-taxido (Ouzo-trip).

Certified executive chef Eva Bonazounta, our Eva will take us on a journey with ouzo where it is not just an aperitif, it is essence, spiri. An ark that carries within it the grievance, the hopes and the remembrance of our people, of our Greece. Ouzo-taxido.

She will travel us in time, in areas, in tradition, in Greece.

Port + destinations is the Greek gastronomy motives like nostalgia, anxiety, laughter + crying, manners and customs but also the secrets of our tradition.

Shrimps Saganaki

  • 6 shrimps no 2
  • Tomatoes
  • Dill herb
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Star anise
  • Ouzo
  • Hard feta cheese

Spicy anchovy in its zoumaki

  • 500 gr Anchovy
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • Juice 1-2 Lemons
  • 1 Florina Pepper
  • 2-3 sk. Garlic
  • 1k. butter Butter
  • 1-2 turkic peppers
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes in 4
  • Rosemary / thyme / Salt

Sardines with onion bulbs and Lemony white sauce

  • 500 gr filleted sardines
  • 300 gr Baby Bones
  • 2 tbsp. Garlic
  • 1 Laurel leaf
  • Fresh louiza
  • Fresh thyme + Marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon Feta
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Or Mr. Sinapi
  • 1 P.Retsina
  • Fennel Seed
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Mustard

Broth

  • 1/1 Fennel
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Garlic

Saronic salad

  • 500 gr Andrakla
  • 250 gr Strained Yogurt

  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. mint
  • 1 tbsp. garlic

Traditional dessert made from grape juice

  • 250 - 300 gr Grape Molasses

  • 3 sheets of arbarored
